Kind of repetitive, very easy. Gotta get all my paperwork in for my transfer to Colorado. Eeeek I’m so excited!!!

small banana (6” or so), 1/2 cup oats, splash of vanilla extract, tsp cinnamon, drizzle of honey, 1/8 cup chopped apple (could probably use more). grease a baking sheet, cook at 350 for 25ish minutes, checking them a few times. i moved mine around to prevent sticking cause i only used a teeny bit of smart balance to grease the pan. this makes 4 tbsp-ish sized cookies. they are tasty as fuck, and my apartment smells like heaven now.

Oh, it was great! It felt so good to stretch out my muscles, and work out my arms and legs (even though they are still a little sore lol.) I swear I could do yoga every single day. Its so relaxing, and its really good for your body!!
